Just made my very first purchase(s) on eBay; these two babies. I’ve been getting into tabletop RP lately and thus grew more interested in the SM RP book - and as a MoTD nut, I’m more or less obligated to buy the other one too. I don’t think they’re actually meant to make a set but they’re clearly made in a similar style.
Even though these books, particularly the monster guide, have been made relatively obsolete by the spread of the Internet, there’s something delightfully nostalgic about them.
Both of these books are way, way out of print so feel free to download and read them from the links @ this thread.
This thing is freakin’ cute.

I made a Sailor Moon crossword! It contains elements from both the anime and manga, so you may not be able to solve this if you haven’t read the manga.

I had to do this. Especially, since my manga came in today. I will definitely be making more of these and added the royal family as well. But I need to finish my Criminology speech first.. :)

Fuck you all I love Sailor Sims, my game isn’t working so let me live vicariously through others

Sailor Moon! That thing on the right? That’s a tape measure! This beastly bead sprite is taller than my fiance! Used 18,150 colored beads and just a couple clear ones.

Nakayoshi to Issho finally gets an English patch!
I’ve always loved this game; it’s a cute little RPG produced by Nakayoshi, the magazine that Sailor Moon ran in, and as its most profitable series it featured prominently in the final stage. It may not have the most challenging gameplay in the world, but the sprites are all so cute! And now, you can finally enjoy it without having to either speak Japanese, or stumble blindly through!
I worked together with Hiryuu to make this patch; he did the coding/ROM hacking, and I did the translation. Hiryuu did a marvelous job of this hack and the playing experience is seamless.
There are other manga series in the game, too; Goldfish Warning, Pocket Park, Taiyou ni SMASH, MinMin! and Kurumi and the Seven Dwarfs. This is a super-fun little game and you don’t need to know much about the other titles to enjoy it - but it’s worth noting that since many of the animators who worked on the Goldfish Warning anime moved on to Sailor Moon, there are tonnes of GW references in the early seasons, so now you may pick up on some of them. I heartily recommend spending an afternoon or so playing this.
Go play, right now!
You can download the patch from Hiryuu’s website. You will also need to download the original ROM (here @ SailorVgame.org), an emulator (I recommend this one) and Lunar IPS to apply the patch to the ROM. It sounds complicated, but I swear it’s not. It only takes a few moments to do.
And Dubbies, rejoice - you even get a choice between a version with the original Japanese names, or the DiC dub names.

I never liked most of the Sailor Moon inspired Minecraft skins, so I made one of my own. This skin is based off of PGSM Usagi. Wish I could make her pigtails look a bit better, but it will have to do for now. :p
Third image is the skin, feel free to take. :)
Don’t play Minecraft myself, but this looks awesome! A recolour to make Mercury would work with the block head, too.
