Back when I was a wee kid and I was only really aware of the dubbed first season of Sailor Moon, I would get my pre-Internet fix by renting the same old VHS tapes from the local video store. This ad played at the beginning of every single tape to the point where I basically memorised the dialogue. The unfortunate part about this clip is that it cuts out right before the oddly stoic male narrator could say “Each… sold separately.”. He was really contemplating that each doll was sold separately.
