Sailor Moon Tumblr-Wide Rewatch, Week 7!

So, I suck. But you guys don’t! You have been diligent, on-the-ball and entertaining. I swear when Christmas is over I will get right back onto this as my top priority. Because of the Christmas rush, though, next week there will be no new episodes; so there won’t be another update until January 1st (appropriate!). So you can be leisurely and watch these two episodes as slowly as you’d like (or, if you’re like me, frantically catch up on most of them so far.)

The two episodes we’ll be Rewatching until then are;

#012: Watashi Datte Kare ga Hoshii! Goukasen no Wana (“But I Want a Boyfriend Too! The Luxury Cruise Liner’s Trap”) (DiC Dub: “Cruise Blues”)
This episode is worth watching because the MoTD is more important to the anime than others have been so far, Usagi gets to use her Disguise Pen again, more characterisation for the Rei/Usagi/Ami trio, and it sets up the dominos for Jadeite’s downfall.

#013: Onnanoko wa Danketsu yo! JADEITE no Saigo (“Girl Power! Jadeite’s End”) (DiC Dub: “Fight to the Finish”)
The girls work together to off the first Big Bad of Sailor Moon ever. A momentous occasion.
