I wonder how Luna would react to finding one of the Sailor Soldiers she’d been searching for was in a wheelchair? Like, Mercury is the first Soldier she found after Moon, and she was much needed after finding Usagi to be less than stellar at fighting. I imagine Luna being understanding but thinking deep down “Shit! How is she supposed to defend the world from inhuman monsters if she can’t walk?”

To which I imagine Mercury would’ve said “excuse you I can do it just fine” and built herself a flying wheelchair that would’ve been prohibitively expensive for anyone whose mother wasn’t swimming in diamond rings. Because I like to think that it’s not even a magical Silver Millennium hoverchair, it’s just all Blue.

Also I wonder if the series would have started at ‘the beginning’ with Luna finding each of the girls in succession like we’re used to, or if it would kick in with all the girls already as a team and the origin stories only occasionally referenced?
