Don’t the (( )) happen when YouTube does captioning? I thought people find it funny because it auto-captions things and often gets it wrong?

Oh! Anon, did you mean stuff like this? In that case, like kitsonpaws said, those captions with the sound waves are from YouTube’s auto-captioning, which adds captions based on what it thinks people are saying. It’s highly inaccurate, often making the situation a lot funnier.
