Not specifically from PGSM, no - this is the closest I know of, where it shows you how to do the dumplings with a simple knot without hair extensions or ridiculous teasing to get unnatural shapes. The basic gist of it is to split your pigtails into two streams, and tie one in a knot around the base of the other.

If anyone has a better / more specific tutorial though I’d love to hear too. :)
