Cosmic version of Chibi Moon.
I’m calling her Sailor Selene (i know i know).
I like the idea of the cosmic forms having their Greek names as opposed to the Roman names of their planets. I think was started by drachearannak before he got run off DA, but it’s stuck with me.
Though, in doing so, Saturn and Pluto are being switched. Pluto will be Chronos and Saturn will be Hades, to keep with their abilities with time and death/life respectively. Especially since Pluto mentions Chronos at times anyway.
(that has ALWAYS bugged me!! pluto and saturn being switched >:T both of them are my faves, but dude)

You needn’t think of Pluto and Saturn as being ‘switched’ - rather, the reasoning behind their imagery/themes could come not from Roman mythology but from astrology and the zodiac;

Likewise in the Hindu and Vedic traditions of India, Pluto as Lord Rudra ( Shiva ) is in truth Time personified. The feminine counterpart of Rudra relating to the Cosmic expression of Pluto is Kali, the Goddess of Death. The name Kali is a derivative of the Sanskrit Kala loosely meaning time and perfectly describes the action of Pluto i.e. in Time all things are born, grow, decay, die and disappear.

This lower “crescent” portion of the Saturn symbol is also reminiscent of a scythe or sickle. These are of particular interest because the symbolism of the planet Saturn (and the agricultural Roman god Saturn) often addresses themes of death. Note that in the archetype of death, this personification carries the sickle to acknowledge the opportune moment of harvesting current life.
This theme of harvesting joins with the Saturn symbol meaning of recycling old to new. Underlying mythological themes further reveal the god Saturn dethroned his father, Uranus. This dethroning symbolizes the changing of an old regime (death) to a new one (rebirth), and this ties in with Saturn’s symbolism.

Not the most academic/conclusive links, but they show that associating Pluto with time and Saturn with rebirth and death is not necessarily a mistake.
Really, the linking of existing mythology to the powers of the Sailor Soldiers is pretty arbitrary. What links the Roman Gods Mercury and Mars to water/ice and fire? Nothing really; it’s the Japanese names of their planets that provide that. Jupiter and Venus attack with lightning and love, but their elements are technically wood and metal.It would be harder for Naoko to make that kind of oversight with Pluto in Japanese than it would be in English, since the Japanese name for Pluto is literally ‘underworld king planet’. The meaning’s right there.
ANYWAY, that’s a whole lot of nerd ranting and it’s not aimed at you specifically so much as an answer to this general topic. More relatedly, DANG that is an awesome picture! Personally I’ve always thought that Chibi-Usa or one of her descendants would make a better Sailor Cosmos and seeing this is awesome. She looks totally badass in this style and outfit, love the choice of colour for her accents. And her HAIR. So cute!! She looks incredible in your style.
