As a avid cosmetics lover, I was pretty ecstatic about the new Miracle Romance make-up. I’d heard so much about how the products were “high-end” but after trying some of my myself I don’t think they come up to that quality. They’re fun and pretty but certainly not high-end material. I think it’s fine to like these products without feeling the only way to validate them is by hyping them up beyond their actual quality and potentially misleading fans. I wonder why people keep doing this.

I suppose it depends on what your definition of “higher end” is. I think most people mean it’s designed for adults, not children - “real” makeup not play stuff.
